Collective Members
Collective members of PIARC are State authorities or public services, departments, provinces, counties, municipalities, other political subdivisions and road agencies, scientific and technical associations, universities, public and private sector enterprises, research departments, user associations, and other organizations with an interest in matters related to roads and road transportation, which having applied for membership in the Association and having been accepted as members, pay the prescribed fees to the Association each year.Membership in the World Road Association gives collective members the right to:
- receive four copies of each edition of the Association's Magazine;
- receive one copy of the published proceedings of each Congress and one copy of each of the Technical Reports sent as they are available;
- appoint to the World Road Congress as many times two representatives as their subscription fee comprises a single subscription; these representatives shall benefit from a reduced registration fee to the Congress if the relevant membership fee has been paid for at least the last three years;
- appoint one representative to the International Winter Road Congress who will have the right to a reduced registration fee to the congress if the relevant membership fee has been paid for at least the last three years.
